Matching Ceiling and Floors

I like this house, I like this look for this house. Not sure if I want it as a trend. The designers took a bold step to have the coffered ceiling inlaid with the same as the flooring. It really gives a warm feel to the room. If more people take this look on it could quickly become obnoxious.
